Shell Assembly Fixture

BSE Job 1737

The fixture is designed to accommodate two different shell widths. The outer frame assembly is constructed to form a rigid steel framework to prevent any unwanted flexing. The inner side plates are aluminum and house the magnets. One side of the fixture slides in to allow a narrow assembly to be built. This slide has exceptional rigidity and allows for an easy change over. An end plate supports the end of the shell assembly. A pop-up roller bed allows for easy removal of the assembled shell. An aire manifold is included for air tool operation.
