Big Sky Engineering was formed in 1997 with the goal of providing
economical automation solutions to the ever-changing packaging
industry. Throughout the years the business has grown steadily
in Middleton, Wisconsin, and in 2001 moved from a 3,000 sq
ft suite to a 5,250 sq ft building and set up an in-house
machine shop. 2003 saw a switch in CAD software to a solid
modeling program. In 2004, with the staff now at 18 strong,
Big Sky had out grown its quarters again and began the search
for a new home. In 2005 the business purchased and remodeled
a 23,500 square foot facility in Verona, Wisconsin.
